As an Expert Integrator, we can supply both the single spiral, chosen from the wide range of AmbaFlex products and customized according to the needs of your production and the complete integration of an on-site installation, with modifications in parts of the line and the addition of accident-prevention guards.
The SV series, for example, is suitable for various solutions and product types. Available with different chain sizes – min 200 mm / max 600 mm.
In addition to a wide range of spirals, there is ample opportunity for other types of personalization such as side and top guides, special guides for track splitting, integration with conveyor belts and the insertion of safety guards.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
- Only one motor is required for differences in height above 12m.
- A wide selection of chains with or without clutch.
- Maintenance of the chains is possible without the use of tools.
- Handles heavy items even if they are not positioned in the middle of the chain.
