CONVEYOR BELT
AmbaVeyor is a modular conveyor system designed for the internal handling of unit loads.
The main elements of AmbaVeyor are the frame and the belt (also called chain or band).
The belt’s ability to flex sideways and to go through rising or falling curves makes it suitable for incorporating straight, sloping and covered tracks in a single conveyor system that can cover distances of up to 50 metres.
The application range is vast, from the handling of individual items such as bags, bottles and packages, to the handling of packaged products such as cartons, bottles or shrink-wrapped boxes.

Unique modular system!
The modular beams in AmbaVeyor can be assembled in a complete conveyor in just a short time. Once the slide rails and belt have been assembled and put in place, the conveyor is ready to start.
Reduce the number of engines by 2/3
Depending on the application, AmbaVeyor can operate up to 50 metres using a single belt and a single motor. The reduced number of motors increases the versatility of the system as a whole and reduces costs by eliminating related motors, cables and electrical components.

AmbaVeyor works like a snake through curves, tilting and straight sections with a flexible 3-dimensional belt. Its unique style has a belt composed of links mounted onto a solid steel chain.
High load capacity (up to 50kg/metre)
The load per linear metre can reach up to 50kg. This high load level makes AmbaVeyor suitable for most indoor handling applications.
Performance AmbaVeyor is able to operate at speeds up to 60 metres/minute.
The maximum belt length can vary from 10 to 50 metres, depending on the load and the layout. The belt moves on the sliding guides around the center and on the outer ends of each link in the belt. This guarantees a stable support over the whole width. The load capacity can be up to 120kg/metre, depending on the type of product being moved.
Configurations
AmbaVeyor is available with 200, 400 and 600mm belt widths. The range of materials ranges from coated steel to 100% washable stainless steel.
