Gestisce alimenti freschi e prodotti lattiero-caseari in imballaggi come buste, bottiglie, ripiani frontali, cartoni, valigie, borse, pelli, vassoi e casse.
Angoli taglienti, superfici piatte, corpi cavi e fessure dove agenti patogeni e contaminanti tendono a rimanere intrappolati, sono stati tutti eliminati.
