Thanks to Gentle Feeder, the product is gently channeled towards the packaging machine, thanks to a continuous handling system on three sides.
It includes a system for the easy opening of the bag to be filled which avoids any clogging of the product, with consequent blocking and stopping of the machine.

“Gentle Feeder” loading system (bakery)
A system designed by PRL Tecnosoft that allows the packaging of crumbly bakery products, reducing considerably the percentage of broken product and the consequent line stops. It includes the step dosing belt, the “wrapping” belt and a system for the opening of the bag during the packaging phase.
