PRL Tecnosoft integrates Ambaflex AccuVeyor systems to ensure smooth product flow and continuous operation, even during micro-stops or speed variations between machines.

Main AccuVeyor Solutions

  • AccuVeyor AVh (Dynamic Accumulation) A patented one-belt non-touching system: the product is never stressed or moved, while the belt changes path. Fast, gentle, and ideal for primary applications such as food, sticks, and light packs.
    • Load capacity: up to 15 kg/m
    • Maximum belt speed: 40 m/min (130 fpm)
    • Accumulation length up to 115 m
  • AccuVeyor AVL (Dynamic Buffer) Based on a flexible belt that extends or retracts like a trombone, it changes the accumulation length without product contact. Excellent for small packaged items such as flow-packs, jars, and bottles.
    • Belt width: from 100 to 600 mm
    • Load capacity: up to 15 kg/m
    • Maximum speed: 42 m/min (138 fpm)
    • Accumulation length up to 40 m
